The World Health Organization has declared the novel coronavirus outbreak a pandemic, meaning that transmission is worldwide. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and situation in the DC/ VA area. All our preparations are ongoing and we are hoping that situations come under control sooner rather than later. At this time, we are still planning to hold the 43rd VSNA Convention as planned while closely monitoring the situation.

The health and safety of our attendees are of utmost importance to us. Our approach is both vigilant and cautious as we face the many unknown variables before us. Our goal remains to provide the best and memorable convention experience for our VSNA community.

We will be following the Federal (CDC and others) and local government recommendations on further action. If in case due to un-avoidable situations holding a convention is not advised, we are committed to return everyone’s registration fees in a timely way. Please be rest assured and continue with your registration and planning processes.

As the COVID- 19 situation continues to evolve between now and July, we will provide you with regular updates on this webpage and through email communications.
